A rich and flavorful lasagna made in an air fryer, inspired by the classic Italian recipe with layers of pasta, cheese, and a savory meat sauce.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Stir in marinara sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix ricotta, egg, and parsley in a bowl.
- Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and cheeses in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and air fry for 25 minutes. Remove foil and cook 5 more minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for convenience.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
