Description
Crispy, cheesy mini balls made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, flour, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into small 1-inch balls.
- Dip each ball into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place balls in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
- Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
