Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix miso paste, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the miso butter mixture.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
