Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and black pepper to form the glaze.
- Toss the carrot slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Place the carrot slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush the miso glaze onto the carrot chips and air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure the carrot slices are evenly thin.
- Adjust the glaze sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
