Description
A quick and easy air fryer molten lava cake with a gooey chocolate center.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 oz dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Grease a small ramekin and pour half the batter into it.
- Place the dark chocolate in the center and cover with the remaining batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let it cool for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the center molten.
- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
