Description

Crispy potato wedges topped with melted mozzarella and crispy bacon, made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Air fry wedges for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and bacon over wedges.
  5. Air fry for 3 more minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
