Description
Crispy potato wedges topped with melted mozzarella and crispy bacon, made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry wedges for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and bacon over wedges.
- Air fry for 3 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
