Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and bacon over the wedges.
  6. Air fry for another 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
