Ingredients
- 8 mozzarella sticks
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for better wrapping.
- Freeze mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes before wrapping to prevent melting too quickly.
- Check halfway through cooking to avoid burning.
