Description
A quick and delicious sandwich made with mushrooms and cheddar cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice, buttered side down, in the air fryer basket.
- Layer mushrooms and cheddar cheese on top.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
