Ingredients

  • 10 oz mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the sliced mushrooms in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
