Description
A quick and flavorful dish featuring mussels cooked in an air fryer with a white wine garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss mussels with olive oil, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Place mussels in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until mussels open.
- Discard any unopened mussels.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.

- Use dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
