Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions
