Description
Crispy tortilla chips coated with melted nacho cheese, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut tortillas into triangles.
- Toss them with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the chips.
- Air fry for another 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
- Check chips halfway to prevent burning.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
