Ingredients
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- 2 medium beets, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss nectarines and beets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix cooked nectarines and beets with arugula.
- Top with feta cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
