Description
A quick and easy no-bake cheesecake made with Baileys and prepared in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300g cream cheese
- 100ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 100g powdered sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan.
- Chill the base in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, Baileys, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling over the chilled base.
- Place the cheesecake in the air fryer and cook at 160°C for 10 minutes.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
- Chill the cheesecake thoroughly before slicing.
- Adjust Baileys quantity to taste.
