Description
A quick and healthy no-lettuce salad made with cottage cheese and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 5 minutes in the air fryer.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh cottage cheese for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
