A quick and healthy no-lettuce salad made with cottage cheese and cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano.
