Description
Crispy, crunchy chickpea chips made in an air fryer. A healthy, nut-free snack perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, leave chickpeas uncovered overnight before air frying.
