Description
Easy-to-make oatmeal raisin snickerdoodle cookies using an air fryer for a crispy outside and soft inside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in raisins.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place in air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For softer cookies, reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
