Crispy okra chips made in an air fryer for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh okra, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced okra with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
