Description

Crispy air-fried pockets filled with spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and cream cheese in a bowl.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 equal squares.
  4. Place filling in center of each square.
  5. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  6. Brush pockets with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Double seal edges to prevent leaks.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for preferred spice level.
