Description
Crispy air-fried pockets filled with spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 equal squares.
- Place filling in center of each square.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
- Brush pockets with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Double seal edges to prevent leaks.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for preferred spice level.
