Description
Crispy and flavorful orange wings made in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Coat the wings with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the wings in cornstarch and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry again before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve with extra dipping sauce if desired.
