Description
Crispy and flavorful oyster mushroom chips made in an air fryer. A healthy snack alternative.
Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Clean the oyster mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- Toss the mushrooms with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Slice mushrooms evenly for consistent cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
