Description

Crispy and flavorful oyster mushroom chips made in an air fryer. A healthy snack alternative.


Ingredients

  • 200g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the oyster mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  3. Toss the mushrooms with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
  7. Remove and let cool before serving.
