Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the oyster mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the mushrooms with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
