Ingredients

  • 200g oyster mushrooms, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the oyster mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the mushrooms with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
