Description

Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Spread mayonnaise on tortillas.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cooked chicken.
- Roll tortillas tightly and serve.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with ranch or hot sauce if desired.
