Description

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
