Description
A quick and easy pasta dish with crispy toppings made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry vegetables at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Mix cooked pasta with vegetables and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Air fry for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes after air frying.
