Easy peanut butter cupcakes made in an air fryer in just 25 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add peanut butter, milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling halfway.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool before serving.
