Description
Quick and easy air fryer pepperoni pizza bombs stuffed with cheese and pepperoni.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni in the center.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce.

- Use pizza dough instead of biscuits for a crispier texture.
