Description

Quick and easy air fryer pepperoni pizza bombs stuffed with cheese and pepperoni.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  3. Place a spoonful of marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni in the center.
  4. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce.
