Description
A quick and easy air fryer pepperoni pizza that’s crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade, rolled thin)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough to fit your air fryer basket.
- Lightly brush dough with olive oil (optional).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Arrange pepperoni slices evenly.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use parchment paper or a perforated air fryer liner for easier removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, spritz the crust lightly with oil.
- Add toppings like mushrooms or bell peppers if desired.
