Description
A quick and easy grilled cheese sandwich with a pesto twist, made in the air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Butter the outside of both slices.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh pesto for best flavor.
- Adjust cheese amount to your preference.
- Check sandwich frequently to prevent burning.
