Description
A quick and easy pizza recipe using an air fryer with a pesto base instead of tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add cherry tomatoes and black olives.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
