Description

Crispy Philly cheesesteak egg rolls made easy in the air fryer. A quick and delicious appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook onions and peppers until soft.
  2. Add sliced steak to the pan. Cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.
  4. Place 2-3 tbsp of filling in each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray egg rolls with oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use thin steak slices for best texture.
  • Don’t overfill egg rolls to prevent bursting.
  • Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
