Description
Crispy Philly cheesesteak egg rolls made easy in the air fryer. A quick and delicious appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook onions and peppers until soft.
- Add sliced steak to the pan. Cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.
- Place 2-3 tbsp of filling in each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray egg rolls with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use thin steak slices for best texture.
- Don’t overfill egg rolls to prevent bursting.
- Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
