Ingredients
- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Divide the cooked steak and veggies among the hoagie rolls.
- Top each with 2 slices of provolone cheese.
- Return the sandwiches to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
