Description
Crispy and flavorful air fryer piri piri wings with a spicy kick.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp piri piri sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, piri piri sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the wings evenly with the marinade.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with extra piri piri sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, leave wings uncovered in the fridge for 1 hour before cooking.
- Adjust piri piri sauce quantity based on your preferred spice level.
