Description
Crispy homemade pita chips made in the air fryer with herbs and za’atar seasoning.
Ingredients
- 2 pita bread rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp za’atar seasoning
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut pita bread into triangles.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle za’atar, oregano, garlic powder, and salt evenly.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Let cool before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
