A quick and easy air fryer recipe combining pizza flavors with cottage cheese on toast.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on bread slices.
- Top with cottage cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan.
- Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
- Serve immediately.
