A quick and easy air fryer recipe combining pizza and grilled cheese for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, layer mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and pepperoni.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

- Use any cheese or toppings you prefer.
- Monitor closely to prevent burning.
- For extra crispiness, brush the bread with melted butter before cooking.
