Description
Crispy air-fried pork and chive dumplings with a savory filling and golden-brown crust.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup chopped chives
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix pork, chives, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold and seal edges with water.
- Brush dumplings lightly with vegetable oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh chives for better flavor.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Serve with soy sauce or chili oil for dipping.
