Description
Crispy fish sticks coated with pork rinds and cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (cut into sticks)
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix pork rinds, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip fish sticks in beaten eggs, then coat with pork rind mixture.
- Place fish sticks in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Use firm white fish like cod or haddock.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
