A juicy and flavorful pork roast cooked quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork loin roast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the pork roast with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Season the pork roast evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the pork roast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes, then flip and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
- Adjust cooking time based on roast thickness.
- Letting it rest keeps juices inside.
