A quick and easy recipe for making flavorful pork satay skewers in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 500g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and garlic in a bowl.
- Add pork slices to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated pork onto skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until pork is cooked through.
- Serve hot with peanut sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
