Description
Crispy potato wedges seasoned with smoked paprika, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Pat dry with a clean towel.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
