Description

Crispy potato wedges seasoned with smoked paprika, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Pat dry with a clean towel.
  3. Toss wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway.
  7. Serve warm.
