Description

Make soft pretzel bites quickly using canned biscuits and an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Coarse salt (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll into small balls.
  3. Boil water and baking soda in a pot.
  4. Dip each dough ball into the boiling water for 10 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon.
  5. Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  7. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with mustard or cheese sauce.
