Ingredients
- 1 (2-pound) prime rib roast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub prime rib with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place roast in air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325°F (165°C) and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Mix sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, and salt for the sauce.
- Serve prime rib with horseradish cream sauce.
