Description
A quick and easy appetizer combining crispy prosciutto and sweet melon, made effortlessly in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 small cantaloupe or honeydew melon
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut melon into bite-sized cubes.
- Cut prosciutto slices into strips that can wrap around each melon cube.
- Wrap prosciutto around melon pieces. Secure with toothpick if needed.
- Lightly brush with olive oil (optional).
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes until prosciutto is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
