Description
A quick and delicious turkey melt sandwich made with provolone cheese and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer turkey and provolone cheese between the bread slices.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- Use thick-sliced bread for better texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add lettuce or tomato after cooking if desired.
