Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and cinnamon.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
