Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp cold butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt in a bowl.
- Add pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cold butter, and cinnamon to make the crumb topping.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
