Description
Quick and easy breakfast wraps made in an air fryer, ready in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter tortillas lightly.
- Place scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon on one half of each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas over filling.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked bacon for faster prep.
- Add diced bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
