Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter tortillas lightly.
  3. Place scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon on one half of each tortilla.
  4. Fold tortillas over filling.
  5. Air fry for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  6. Serve immediately.
