Description

A quick and delicious sandwich made with smoked gouda and bacon cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of smoked gouda cheese
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
  4. Add smoked gouda cheese and bacon on top.
  5. Cover with the second bread slice, butter-side up.
  6. Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Flip the sandwich and cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Remove from air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
