Ingredients
- 4 rainbow carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Slice carrots thinly with a knife or mandoline.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove when crispy and let cool before serving.
